Is that intended as a general "shout-out", Chris, or aimed specifically at Dick and me (as it appears immediately after my post)?

If it SHOULD be for us, then the answer is (unsurprisingly) - "not 'arf! (apologies for the lapse into Fluff-mode)

Hi Ken,

It was just a reminder to those who'd not yet registered to come forward. So far it's reeled in another 10 or so. There's currently 70 people registered for Masham, not including 'supernumeraries'.

If you are one of the more than 80 people travelling to Masham on Saturday for the WQC, and you are driving, then read on...

If coming via the A1(M), NORTHBOUND, discount anything your satnav tells you and make sure you leave the great north road at Junction 50.

"Thouest should not use junction 47, nor 48, nor shall't thou use 49; and 51 is right out, but junction 50 shall be your junction of exit."

Look for the place's own, self-erected roadsign pointing to the market town (they balked at paying the highways agency more than 30k for an official one!).

P.S. Junction 50!
