Hi Martin!

Yes, as in previous years, for those who wish to join in, I will make a reservation at a lovely Thai restaurant in Rochester High Street. It is about 400 yards from the quiz venue, and easily accessible for anyone staying at the St George Hotel.

[Afterwards, we can adjourn to the local Wetherspoons pub, a couple of hundred yards away, with always a good selection of ales at low prices - and maybe indulge in some impromptu quizzing. For the diehards, the pub is open until 1.00am!]

Please sign up with a message on here to me, for all who would like to be there, or e-mail me KenOwenUK@aol.com

Cheers

Ken

Their friend Sue will be at the Good Intent for a mild curry, but not present during the day.

As previously, i have negotiated discounts for all you lovely quizzers at three local retail outlets.

Baggins Books [largest second-hand bookshop in England] - 10% discount when spending £25 or more. Contact is Godfrey..

Kaizen - antiques and jewellery. At least 10%, but with more possible by negotation, depending on value of purchase. Contact is Jason

Bewitched - distinctive ladies' fashions, bags, costume jewellery etc. A £10 bargain rail is exempt, but apart from that, 20% discount. Owners are Andy and Nicole, but they are not likely to be there on Saturday - member of staff may be Charlotte.

Enjoy

I'll be there in the morning and for lunch, but can't commit beyond that. Money follows by Paypal.
