Staying with cycling what was the name of the first US-based team to enter the Tour De France in 1986? They were forerunners of the famous Motorola and (in) famous US Postal squads?

From the 92 football clubs in the top 4 tiers of English football. Sir Alex Ferguson has been at the same club consectively for 25 years, 359 days. Followed by Arsene Wenger and then David Moyes. BUT who (Club or Manager) from the other 88 clubs ranks 4th on the list with 8 years, 196 days consectively at the same football club?

To make it a tad easier, i'll accept the Managers name or the Football club.
