Someone was complaining about the astroturf that his team was to play on and I now wish that I had taken more notice! Was it Sir David Moyes explaining Man Utd's draw against AIK in Stockholm yesterday? The wrong type of surface to play on.

This relates to the poor performance of the British swimming team at the recent world championships. They have been training in 'the wrong kind of water' in particular an ultra-fast pool! Think the pool I swim in is far too slow.....
