Yorkshire Grand Prix - April 11th 2015

Postby Jane » Thu Mar 26, 2015 2:35 pm

Saturday 11th April sees us heading back to a favourite Quizzing venue, 'The Brig' (formerly known as the Lee Brigg Working Men's Club) in Altofts, Normanton, near Wakefield). The main event, in the morning, is the annual Norway Open Quiz – with the questions provided by our friends at IQA Norway- to the standard UK Grand Prix format, an individual quiz for ranking points. The afternoon sees a friendly team quiz, and the regular Hot 100 individual quiz - being taken simultaneously ('ish) by hundreds of quizzers around the globe. Afterwards we will repair to Wakefield for some of the finest real-ale, apres quiz and curry that 'God's own county' has to offer.
While not at all mandatory, it will greatly assist us if you could make payment prior to the event via PayPal. You don't need to even have a PayPal account to make a payment. Just visit the paypal.co.uk website and click on the "send money" button. The address to send it to (when asked for our e-mail address) is payments@quizzing.co.uk.

Hi Team

Can you please include the return of the gruesome twosome Phil Bennion and Martin Johnson?

Thanks
